Multitech Auto Repair ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
We are located at 2035 N Texas St, Fairfield, CA 94533.
Contact and quote form. When you use the form on our site, we collect your name, your email address, and any document you choose to upload, such as a written repair estimate from a dealership. We ask for this so we can review your estimate and reply to you.
Please do not upload documents containing information we do not need, such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or driver's licence images. If you send us such information anyway, we will delete it.
Phone and email. If you call or email us using the details on the site, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment for repair work is handled in person at the shop.
Like most websites, our host records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Analytics. We may use aggregate visitor statistics to understand which pages are useful. These reports do not identify you personally.
Third-party services on this site
Some parts of our site are provided by other companies. When you interact with them, their own privacy policies apply.
Framer. Our website is built and hosted on Framer. Framer processes the technical data described above.
Form processing. Our contact form and file uploads are handled by a third-party form service, which stores your submission and forwards it to us by email.
Placewize 3D viewer. The interactive vehicle diagrams are embedded from Placewize. This viewer may request access to your device's camera and motion sensors in order to offer augmented reality. Your browser will always ask your permission first, and you can decline. Declining does not prevent you from using the 3D viewer normally.
YouTube. Video on our site is embedded from YouTube, which may set cookies when the video loads.
Maps and social links. Links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube take you to those companies' own services.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to:
Reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
Schedule and carry out repair work
Keep records of work performed on your vehicle
Meet our legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Uploaded estimates and enquiry messages are kept for up to 12 months, unless the enquiry becomes a repair job, in which case we keep the record as long as required for warranty and accounting purposes.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting who can access it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To make a request, email us at info@multitechautorepair.com or call 707-421-2283. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within 45 days.
Our website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so our site does not respond to these signals. We do not track you across other websites.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the page.
